Dance For Life
Dancing sums up every need of your heart, soul, mind, and body: It allows an outlet for creativity that most of us don't get during our work days. It provides a venue much like a social club where you can meet new people, or bring your friends for a fun activity. Never go to the gym again! Dancing is an enjoyable way to exercise. It provides a whole body workout that ranges from gentle to intense, as your level of experience increases.

My Focus
We dance to have fun! Dancing is always the most fun when it feels natural and easy. This is where the "tricks of the trade" come in. These "tricks" are certain dance techniques. Proper technique is not just for competitors. It allows both individuals to be comfortable while dancing, and to dance with ease. Classes will emphasize social dancing skills, including: leading and following, navigation, amalgamation, individual expression, and having fun.
