Fitness Class

Improve your dancing and your health!

In response to your requests, a Fitness Class is now offered. The program incorporates exercises from a variety of sources including Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet.

You will increase your flexibility and strength while improving posture. Good posture is the key to improving your dancing, as well as your overall health, poise, and confidence. Strength and flexibility help to prevent injury during work and play.

Exercises are suitable for men and women of any age.

Saturday mornings 10:30 – 11:30.
